How does it work?

Once successful, both the sender and receiver will receive a text message. The recipient’s message will include a code called the “Token,” which they can use to withdraw the sent money.

  • Cash withdrawal: Visit a FINCA branch or FINCA Express agent of your choice, and present your TOKEN code. To complete the process, provide your phone number and specify the exact amount sent.

  • Important to know: This operation will automatically cancel after 7 days if the recipient does not withdraw the money.
