  • Any Natural or Legal Person with a FINCA Account (Credit, Savings, Other)
Subscription conditions

  • Be a FINCA RD Congo customer;

  • Fill out and sign the membership form online, at one of our branches, or request physical assistance by calling  0815558554;

  • Pay the subscription fee

Application process: step by step

    Visit a FINCA branch
    Subscribe to the service by filling out the application form, also indicating the names of its beneficiaries. The customer service agent will assist you.

    Account Top-Up 
    The subscribed customer must deposit into their account the full amount corresponding to their chosen package for payment of medical care. To renew the subscription, the customer must fund their account with the subscription amount before the expiration date.

    Subscriber registration 
    The Banking Service will register the subscriber and their beneficiaries on the list and send to the affiliated medical center.

    Registration check
    Verification is important – please check that you have been registered at the hospital of your choice.
