  • Active FINCA Account
    A prerequisite for using the service is having an active FINCA account.

  • Registration for Non-FINCA RDC Clients
    If not already a FINCA RDC client, individuals can register for the service either independently, at a FINCA Agency, or with the assistance of a FINCA Staff or FINCA Express Agent.

  • Valid and Active Phone Number
    The client’s primary contact for the service is their phone number, which must be valid, active, and personally owned by the client.

  • Service Activation
    Users need to activate the service following the specified procedures.
