At FINCA RDC, we transform lives and build sustainable communities through financial inclusion, innovation and entrepreneurial support.

With this in mind, we support initiatives such as orange corners, which work to develop young talent in the DRC.

On January 15, we were honored to participate in the 7ᵉcohort of orange corners, where 39 entrepreneurs were certified after completing an intensive program of over 164 hours of masterclasses and workshops, as well as 310 hours of coaching and mentoring.

As a key partner in this program, FINCA RDC contributed by assisting in the training courses, strengthening the skills of the young entrepreneurs to help them turn their ideas into reality.

From much of what we have seen, these young people carry innovative projects and embody an enlightened youth, ahead of technology, demonstrating immense potential for economic and social development.

We continue to firmly believe that supporting this generation of entrepreneurs is essential to building a prosperous and sustainable future.

This support reflects our values and is aligned with the objectives of the global alliance for banking on value and the global compact, which promote positive-impact businesses, transparency and environmental sustainability.

This commitment was symbolized by the presence of Ms Mirela Pekmezi, CEO of FINCA DRC, and Ms Florence Milambo Kinzonzi, Human Resources manager.

Their participation embodies our vision and our desire to continue supporting similar initiatives to build the future together.
