On November 2, FINCA RDC brought together its POS agents’ network, providers of the last mile for our services in urban and rural areas. The agents carry out more than 65% of transactions of the total transactions of FINCA DRC.
Their daily commitment and customer service allows us to extend our financial services to remote areas, making this event a very special one as agents bring feedback from customers but also suggestion on how we can improve the quality-of-service.
This forum was organized simultaneously in several cities in DR Congo, including Kinshasa, and was an opportunity for open exchanges and strengthening partnerships, with a focus on the importance of compliance and the fight against money laundering (AML).
To close this event, FINCA DRC Management honored the best banking agents for their contributions and their performance, thus symbolizing management’s contribution to efforts of financial inclusion.
