Since 2011, FINCA DRC has proudly developed and operated an extensive network of bank agents that now has nearly 1,700 points of service, making the institution the pioneer of agency banking in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This network handles around 75% of the transactions carried out through our various distribution channels, while mobile services account for nearly 10%.

This performance is a testament to the robustness of our model and its proven accessibility. This leadership contributes sustainably to strengthening financial inclusion and providing convenient, community-based services to communities across the country, especially in rural areas.
