During Women’s Month, FINCA took the initiative to organize a series of training sessions aimed at enhancing the financial and entrepreneurial skills of Kimbanguist and Catholic women. These sessions served as a true catalyst for change, providing participants with a platform to acquire practical knowledge and essential skills to succeed in their businesses and financial management.

With over 160 participants in the sessions for Kimbanguist women and more than 30 women attending the awareness session for Catholic women, these events were a resounding success. The opening of 80 new accounts is a testament to the positive impact of these trainings, as they not only bolstered participants’ confidence in managing their finances but also opened doors to new economic opportunities.

Ultimately, these training sessions had a lasting impact by empowering women to take control of their financial future, strengthening their economic autonomy, and contributing to the empowerment of local communities as a whole.
