Teuta Kotori-Krasniqi is a seasoned professional in the banking and financial sector, with more than 20 years of experience, including in Kosovo. She currently serves as Global Sales Director at FINCA Impact Finance, where she drives the group’s global business strategies, with a focus on growth, financial inclusion and business performance in emerging markets.

It also plays an active role in the governance of the network’s subsidiaries. Since April 2025, she has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of FINCA DRC, and since October 2020, she has chaired the Audit and Risk Committee of FINCA Armenia. His expertise in risk management, corporate governance and business strategy is widely recognised within the group.

Prior to her international role, she led FINCA Kosova as Managing Director and Member of the Management Board, after holding several senior positions at ProCredit Bank Kosovo. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tirana and has also completed Executive Training in Digital Business Leadership at Columbia Business School, strengthening her ability to drive digital transformations for social impact.
