Sibia Ngayihembako, with 18 years of experience in leadership and banking operations, has built a remarkable career. Before joining FINCA RDC, she began her career at the Southern Eye newspaper, based in Kampala, where she contributed to technical support and graphic design for news for South Sudan until April 2009. At FINCA, she successively led the IT department of FINCA RDC, then held the position of Director of Banking Services before being appointed Deputy General Manager, overseeing the departments of IT, marketing, mobile and digital business, compliance, and risk. Sibia holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of the Martyrs in Uganda, an Executive EMBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance, and completed a program with the American Bankers Association Stonier in leadership in collaboration with Wharton.

In addition to her professional successes, Sibia cultivates a deep passion for Gospel music and reading, which enrich her daily life.
