Grace Kahasha is the Legal Director and Secretary General of FINCA RDC SA since September 2022. Previously, she held the same position at United Bank for Africa RDC SA from 2015 to 2022 and worked as a Legal Assistant at ProCredit Bank RDC SA (currently Equity BCDC) from 2009 to 2015. With a degree in Law with a focus on Private and Judicial Law from the Protestant University in Congo, Grace has undergone various professional training. Her professional profile emphasizes implementing good corporate governance, legal counsel, risk prevention, negotiation and resolution of disputes, as well as drafting and reviewing legal documents such as minutes, procedures, acts, and contracts. Besides French, she is fluent in English and several national languages. Possessing a strong commitment, discretion, and professionalism, Grace has extensive knowledge and experience in the legal field of the financial sector, enabling her to build strong relationships with partners from diverse backgrounds and professions, and to travel worldwide.
