Florin Lila is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the banking and inclusive finance sectors. As Chief Operating Officer at FINCA Impact Finance, Florin leads global efforts to strengthen operational performance, drive strategic transformation, and implement digital and client-centric solutions across a network of microfinance subsidiaries. He plays a central role in aligning governance and business strategy across the network. Florin also serves as Chair of the Board for FINCA Bank Kyrgyzstan and FINCA DRC.

Since joining FINCA in 2012, Florin has held several key leadership positions, including Vice President of Network Management, Regional Director for Eurasia, and CEO of FINCA Kosovo. He has led financial and operational turnarounds, championed digital innovation such as mobile wallets and online banking, and worked closely with subsidiary boards to strengthen performance and client outreach.

Prior to joining FINCA, Florin held senior management roles in a major regional bank, overseeing business development, lending and deposit operations, branch networks, and multiple support functions. His leadership contributed to significant growth and modernization across the institution’s operations.

Florin holds an MA in Economics for Business Analysis from Staffordshire University, UK, and a BA in Management and Computers from the University of Pristina. He is fluent in Albanian, English, and Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian.
