Member of the Board of Directors of the Congolese Federation of Congolese Enterprises (FEC) and currently Director of Regulatory Affairs at Airtel DRC, after having been Managing Director of Airtel Money based in Kinshasa. Barthé is a strategy expert with over 30 years, organizational and program management, with extensive analytical and business skills. He is a highly skilled business management professional who has a track record of making significant contributions to businesses by building strategic relationships with authorities and decision-makers. Thus, he uses exceptional interpersonal skills, project management skills, a strong sense of leadership, integrity, and a passion to produce exceptional results. Self-motivated, organized and disciplined with in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications and mobile financial services industries, and a commitment to achieving business objectives. Prior to joining Airtel DRC, Barthé held management positions at Millicom/Tigo RDC respectively as Director of Corporate Affairs, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Director of Information Systems with a long managerial experience in the Information and Communication Technology sector. Barthé holds a Mini MBA in Telecommunications, a Pocket MBA in Information and Communication Technology from the School of Management of Boston University in the United States, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Saint-Louis in Brussels, Belgium, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Institut Supérieur de Statistique de Kinshasa, in the DRC
